Mike is committed to not only providing the basic needs like housing and food to our guests and clients but continuing to advocate for policies and funding that help the population we serve.

Brielle has been with the Somerville Homeless Coalition since 2019. Brielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community and International Development from the University of Vermont. She is committed to developing efficient programs that reduce barriers for families and individuals to access essential services, including housing.
Felicity Beal

Felicity has been working with the Somerville Homeless Coalition since late 2019. Prior to joining SHC she worked for a homeless non-profit in England, in a paid Development role and as a volunteer with the shelter outreach team. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Lancaster Business School, UK.
Hannah O’Halloran

Hannah has been with Somerville Homeless Coalition for over 7 years. She joined as a Supportive Services Case Manager, and took on the position of Shelter Services Program Manager in 2018. Hannah holds a bachelors in Social Work and Sociology from Saint Anselm College. She is committed to meeting all clients where they are at and hopefully finding them housing.
Jessica Saravia, MSc

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology and a Master’s in Cyber Crime Investigations & Cyber Security from Boston University. With extensive experience in managing operations, data analysis, and process improvements, she specializes in modernizing workflows and providing crisis intervention support. Before joining SCH her expertise and experience in work includes analyzing trends, developing partnerships with stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams. Jessica has strong skills in data analysis, project management, and strategic planning. She is also passionate about community service, volunteering regularly to support underserved populations around greater Boston.
Susan Lowe, CPA
Director of Finance
Susan has been with Somerville Homeless Coalition since 2019. She has 25 years’ experience as a finance professional working with nonprofits. She loves using her accounting skills and experiences to help human service agencies have greater impact. She holds a BA from Bucknell University and an MS from Bentley University. She is a CPA licensed in Massachusetts.

Demi has been with Somerville Homeless Coalition since 2020. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minor in Big Data and Business Analytics from Suffolk University. Her personal experiences with homelessness drive her passion and commitment to the agency.
Christelle Toussaint
Supportive Services Program Manager

Christelle has been working at the Somerville Homeless Coalition since February 2020. Prior to joining SHC she worked two years as a residential counselor and site manager assistant for a nonprofit in the Boston Area. Christelle was a Supportive Housing Program Coordinator and Case Manager at SHC before transitioning to the Supportive Housing Program Manager position in August 2023.
Christelle is a certified administrative Assistant from Haiti's "Craan" Community College, and her great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through traumatic and stressful experiences. She always believe that when humans experience trauma or severe life stressors; their lives are not uncommon to unravel.
Gabriela Caruso Greaves

Gabriela joined the SHC team in 2021. She first joined as the Adult Shelter Case Manager, and later transitioned to the Homeless Prevention Program Manager in 2022. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of Southern Maine. Gabriela is committed to providing effective resources that empower individuals and families at risk of homelessness to maintain stable housing and regain their independence.

Rebecca has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from UMass Boston, and serves as the Human Resources Generalist. With a profound commitment to community service and a keen understanding of human behavior, Rebecca ensures that the organization's staff members feel supported and valued in their mission to assist those experiencing homelessness.

Jessica joined Somerville Homeless Coalition in 2024. Prior to joining SHC she was the Program Manager for five years for a clothing donation program, providing clothing to people who are experiencing homelessness in Somerville and Cambridge. Jessica is a graduate of Westfield State University with a degree in Business Management. Caring for people and working to support them with essentials to help them feel valued has always been her passion.
Leon Moore
Coordinated Entry Regional System Manager

Leon joined SHC in 2022 as a housing navigator before switching roles to work on the Coordinated Entry System. Leon holds a bachelor's degree in History from UMass Amherst. He is committed to making the Coordinated Entry System an accessible and equitable way of connecting people experiencing homelessness with housing.
